Terms & Conditions

1. Pricing & Payment

All prices are live and locked at the time of order for purchases under £80,000. Orders above this threshold will be confirmed via WhatsApp (07355 784447) or email (sales@psavage.co.uk). We may request a non-refundable deposit for larger orders.

Accepted payment methods include debit card (up to £60,000), credit card (up to £20,000), bank transfer, and cheque. Payments must originate from accounts registered in your name. Split payments across multiple individuals are not permitted.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, including after payment, if verification fails or compliance requirements are not met.

2. Delivery

Orders are dispatched to the billing address used for payment. Alternate delivery addresses are not permitted for card payments. Once signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for courier delays or deliveries to multi-occupancy or business addresses. Missing parcels must be reported within 14 days of dispatch. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours, with supporting photos.

3. Orders & Cancellations

Orders placed online or via WhatsApp are binding. Due to market volatility, cancellations are not permitted under distance selling regulations. We reserve the right to pursue payment for all confirmed orders.

4. Collection

Collection is available by appointment only once your order is ready. You must bring valid ID and a copy of your invoice. We do not hold stock on-site, and only pre-arranged collections are possible.

5. Cancellation & Returns

Cancellations are subject to a 2.5% fee plus any market loss. Failure to provide ID when requested will also trigger cancellation fees.

Refunds or exchanges may be offered for items deemed below standard, but postage costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned in original condition. We do not accept returns for bullion coins, proof coins, or pre-owned items unless they are materially damaged.

6. ID & Compliance

We may request ID for any transaction, especially those over £5,000 or cumulative annual purchases over £10,000. Acceptable ID includes photographic ID and a recent utility bill (not mobile phone bills). Additional documentation may be required for high-value orders.

We comply with anti-money laundering regulations and may share information with fraud prevention agencies. All personal data is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

7. Liability

We aim to provide accurate information and professional service, but we do not offer financial advice. Once goods are delivered and signed for, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

8. Selling to PDS Bullions

You must be 18+ and the legal owner of any items you sell to us. All items are weighed and inspected under camera. Offers are based on live market prices and confirmed upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline any sale and return items at your cost.

Jewellery is valued based on scrap weight. Stones and non-metal components may be removed to assess purity, and this process is irreversible. Resalable items may be valued above scrap if in excellent condition.

Same-day payments are available for a £25 fee. We are not liable for delays outside our control or for incorrect bank details provided by you.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, or system outages. Obligations are suspended during such events and resumed as soon as reasonably possible.

10. General

We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors. Only items purchased directly from PDS Bullions are guaranteed authentic.
